Survey Results Are In.....

The MIT Enterprise Forum of Atlanta wants to continue to be your source for satisfying and challenging educational programs that promote and strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship. To make 2008 our best year yet, we sent out a survey in our November newsletter asking what you like about us-and where we can improve. The results were interesting-and we'd like to share them with you!

  • Thought-provoking programs and events cause people to both join the Forum and stay with the Forum.
  • Networking opportunities are important to our members.
  • Entrepreneurial topics help us gain and retain members.
  • Overall, we are perceived in the good rather than excellent category for knowledge enhancement, value, networking opportunities, and communication efforts.
  • Most survey participants said they attended one to two events a year.
  • The Run it By the Pros event was selected as this year's most popular event.
  • When deciding to attend an event, speakers and topics are most important. Location and price do not seem to be much of a determining factor.
  • North Fulton was selected as the most popular venue for an event, followed by Buckhead.
  • For next year, survey participants seemed most interested in programs relating to information technology, Run It By the Pros and entrepreneurship.
