Entrepreneurs Uncensored

The Atlanta entrepreneur community is invited to join MIT Enterprise Forum for Entrepreneurs Uncensored.

Come hear two serial startup veterans who “grew up together” in the Atlanta technology community discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly about starting their own businesses.

Speakers are long-time pals Jim Stratigos, President, Broadband Strategies and Steve Chaddick, Mentor Capitalist, Ridgewood Advisors, LLC who together have a combined 60 years of early stage company experience with the war stories to prove it.

  • Hear what went right and wrong along the way and why.  The boxing gloves have come off.  Jim will interview Steve with tough questions and then Steve will have his turn to grill Jim!
  • Those who know these distinguished gentlemen know that they are nothing if not candid – so expect the whole truth, even if you can’t handle the truth!
  • For all entrepreneurs just starting on the journey, here’s a chance to hear what the future might hold for you and your early stage company (or the one you have always wanted to start).
  • Both active Georgia Tech graduates, Jim and Steve are now committed to the Atlanta technology and start up ecosystems full time through their investments of time, talent and funding.

The event format is 55 minutes of networking and lunch and then a 60 minute program.  The event’s goal is to provide new entrepreneurs a realistic and uncensored view of what it takes to survive in the startup community for the long haul.  Q&A is encouraged.  This event is open to all!
