Gene Greneker currently serves as President of RADAR Flashlight, LLC, which he founded in 2003, the year that he retired from the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI). He served at GTRI as Director of the Severe Storms Research Center, and also as a Principal Research Scientist and senior technical staff of the Radar Systems Division of the Sensors and Electromagnetic Applications Laboratory. During his 33 year career at GTRI he served as Project Director on over 50 major sponsored projects. He holds a Bachelors of Science from Georgia State University and a Masters of Science from Georgia Tech. |

Tom Knight is the founder of Invistics. Invistics provides solutions to help high-mix manufacturing companies implement lean manufacturing. As Chief Strategy Officer, Tom guides the company's strategy, organization and operations, and serves as a member of the board of directors. Prior to founding Invistics in 1999, Tom spent 10 years improving supply chains as a manufacturing executive at Alcoa and Siemens, and received 3 degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Tom has authored numerous articles on improving manufacturing performance and serves on the National Science Foundation’s Small Business Innovation Research Advisory Committee. |

John J. Mills, established the SBIR Assistance Program for the State of Georgia four years ago as a part of the Georgia Tech Enterprise Innovation Institute and as Director has grown the program to a staff of four professionals. He has worked with over a hundred companies on SBIR/STTR proposals, given workshops from Cleveland, Ohio to Miami, Florida and reviewed SBIR proposals for the National Science Foundation and the USDA. Prior to Georgia Tech he held positions in engineering and management in industry and the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. John received a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Armstrong Atlantic State University and has served as the State President of the Georgia Society of Professional Engineers. |
